Problem Definition
To start using the MarketPay platform effectively, you will begin by defining the problem you're trying to solve and outlining the desired outcomes. This will guide the rest of your configuration and ensure your data processing is aligned with your goals.
Application Flow:
Navigate to the Problem Definition Tab:
In your dashboard, click on the "Problem Definition" tab to access the form.
Fill Out the Problem Definition Text Area:
In the text area labeled "Problem Definition", describe the specific issue or opportunity you're addressing.
Example: "We need to automate the assessment of property damage claims to reduce processing time and improve accuracy."
Fill Out the Desired Outcomes Text Area:
In the "Desired Outcomes" text area, write in natural language what success looks like for your business.
Example: "Automatically categorize property damage from claim reports and images, and prioritize claims that need urgent attention."
Set Measurable Goals:
Use the "Measurable Goals" field to enter KPIs or performance metrics to track success.
Example: "Reduce claim processing time by 50% and achieve 90% accuracy in damage categorization."
Click Save:
After completing both text areas, click "Save" to proceed. Your problem definition will now provide context for the rest of the platform.
By completing this step, you ensure that the platform aligns with your specific business needs, providing a clear foundation for configuring inputs, models, and outputs.
